1. Using social media networks [eg, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook] to look for and connect with potential candidates.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements.
3. Send recruiting emails and follow-up with candidates.
4. You have to source an NGO they need to do work on that project on that NGO’.
5. Follow-ups with NGO regarding sourcing.
6. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for open roles.
