workmen’s
•      Statutory Compliance of HFL 3 units
•      Periodic line / Floor inspection
•      Labour Contract workmen’s file updation
•      Recruitment – Manpower requirement planning & execution & reporting
•      Housekeeping management and Security management
•      Planning schedule enforcement, assessment & report generation along
with inputs from the Production team

Job Responsibilities

• Contractor’s Salary preparation /verification and payment coordination

• Maintenance co-ordination & review
• Labour contractors meeting & review
• Daily MIS reporting
• Employee grievance redressal / Welfare Engagement
• Daily review meeting with the Production Head / Factory Manager
• regarding such as working conditions, performance management,
• disciplinary procedures, and absence management.

Requirements:

B.com, BBA,MBA, PGDM, MS.
